The 3rd Sunday of every month is Boulder Market Day. Famous Burt St, the heart of Boulder comes alive with a variety of market stalls, food and entertainment. The very popular one hour Super Pit tours run at 10,10.30,11 & 11.30am departing from the Shop (2 Burt Street Boulder).
Jump on the bus to get a first hand look at KCGM’s mining operations. Sit back and learn about Australia’s largest gold mine from a knowledgeable KCGM tour guide.
Reserve your tickets the week prior to Market Day for $5 each or $10 for a family of four. Remaining tickets are free on the day and all tickets are available from the Super Pit Shop. The Shop is open from 9.30am – 12.30pm on Market Days.
To pre-book your tickets, contact the Super Pit Shop on (08) 9093 3488 or email superpit@kalgold.com.au complete with the first and last name of each tour participant, including infants. Tickets are not required for those children under two and able to comfortably sit on an adults knee for the duration of the tour. All children must be accompanied by an adult. All participants are required to wear fully enclosed shoes and wear the provided safety glasses whilst off the bus at the internal lookout and should consider bringing water, and wearing appropriate sun protection on the day. |
