Open Pit Mine Manager - The Superpit

THE ROLE

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is a Western Australian-owned Joint Venture operation between Northern Star Resources Ltd and Saracen Mineral Holdings Ltd.

A stellar opportunity now exists for an experienced Open Pit Mine Manager to lead and manage the Mining Open Pit Department of the Superpit operation.

Reporting to the General Manager, this pivotal position will provide leadership and overall management of the Fimiston Open Pit, ensuring achievement of mine production targets, aligning with Budget and Life of Mine in the safest and most cost efficient manner.

Key accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the safety performance of the Mining Department and ensure safety practices and procedures are implemented, maintained and followed to minimise the risk associated with the working environment of Mining to employees and contractors and to comply with statutory obligations.
  • Monitor all incident and accident statistics and oversee investigations where required, ensuring that the Occupational Health and Safety Act is complied with at all times. This will include ensuring that all training is up-to-date and implemented in a timely manner.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to supervisory staff to create an environment in which the workplace rehabilitation of an injured employee is an accepted practice and reflects KCGM’s core values.
  • Manage the Open Pit production function to ensure that short and long term targets are met.
  • Provide leadership, through coaching, mentoring, and support for professional development, to members of the Mining Department, to ensure the achievement of a safe and positive workplace culture that reflects KCGM’s Core Values.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and outcomes to ensure maximum availability of equipment to support production activities.
  • Provide information on mining activities to the Social Responsibility and Environment Department (SER) for dissemination to the media and local community as requested, to ensure that the Company maintains an open and informative public profile.
  • Ensure that mining activities are carried out in line with applicable regulatory and Corporate environmental obligations.
  • Oversee relations between the Open Pit Maintenance and Production functions to ensure that production priorities and maintenance schedules are in line with one another.
  • As a member of the KCGM Senior Leadership Team, contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Company to ensure profitable and sustainable business outcomes for the future.
  • Regularly report on the activities of the Mining Department Open Pit to ensure that the General Manager, Joint Venture Owners, and other key internal stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Provide input into, and approval of, Mining Department Open Pit strategic plans, Life Of Mine (LOM) contributions and operating / capital / headcount budgets and costs to ensure alignment with site strategic, and operational, plans and targets.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have the following:-

Essential

  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience within the Mining Industry.
  • Experience in large scale Open Pit operations.
  • A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in Underground Mining.
  • A tertiary qualification (minimum degree level) in Mining or Geology, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience within a senior leadership role at a medium to large mining operation.
  • Experience in leading large teams of people, and must possess the capacity to motivate, mentor and influence others in a positive and effective manner.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost management.
  • Experience in public speaking, with solid presentation skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to use integrated management systems, spreadsheet applications and word processing software.
  • Current Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency or First Class Mining certification.
  • Must reside in the Goldfields region, or be willing to be relocated to Kalgoorlie for this residential position.
  • Current unencumbered Australian Drivers licence.

Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

THE ROLE

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to be part of the Mt Charlotte mobile and fixed plant maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all mobile maintenance activities, ensuring availability and reliability is maximised to assist production in achieving the operational plan in a cost effective, timely and safe manner.

This is a residential role on a 7:7 roster, working 12 hour shifts, both day and night.

Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively encourage reporting of all incidents and accidents, review and monitor all incident and accident reports of relevant area ensuring investigations and follow up actions are correctly implemented and completed to ensure that the Occupational Health and Safety Act is complied with at all times.
  • Coordinate and monitor the workplace rehabilitation of any injured employee within their department/under their control.
  • Participating in safety investigations where required and ensuring that follow up corrective actions are completed and closed out in a timely manner and that all safety equipment is tested quarterly to ensure the Occupational Health and Safety Act and KCGM safety standards are complied with at all times.
  • Liaise with MP and LH to ensure planning and scheduling of the activities of mobile plant maintenance technicians to meet priorities of production by ensuring optimal availability and reliability of equipment to assist Mt Charlotte meeting budget and forecast targets.
  • Management of contractors for additional and specialized needs maintenance so that fleet availability is maximized to its fullest potential to enable achievement of production targets.
  • Ensuring registration of classified plant “any pressurized vessels, charge kettles, compressed air, crane” are certified to meet the legal statutory requirements.
  • Providing leadership through coaching, mentoring, developmental and training activities and opportunities to mobile plant maintenance technicians driving a positive workplace culture that reflects KCGM’s Core Values and to ensure they are competent in their assigned tasks and to assist with succession planning.
  • Ensuring that all work carried out in relation to mobile equipment is completed, tested and maintained in a safe working condition in accordance with KCGM safety standards and legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Produce and oversee the maintenance budget to ensure an effective and reliable fleet complying to costs.
  • Liaising with Senior Production Engineer and Mine Superintendent to ensure production and mobile maintenance priorities are aligned to ensure Mt Charlotte meets budget and forecast targets to achieve the operational plan.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years underground mining experience, with at least a minimum of 1 year at a supervisory level in a similarly sized operation or at a senior level within a larger operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems and identify potential solutions by thinking out side of the box delivering alternative outcomes.
  • Experience in performance management of team members enhancing team self esteem using ability to coach, mentor and influence others.
  • Experience in the preparation of maintenance budgets, input into operational budgets and cost management.
  • Certificate III or higher in Mechanical Engineering/Auto-electrical/Boilermaking
  • Must reside in the Goldfields region for this residential position
  • National Police Clearance (valid within the last 12 months)
  • Current Unencumbered Western Australian “ C” Class Drivers Licence

Human Resources and Learning & Development Superintendent

THE ROLE

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking an experienced HR and L&D Superintendent to join the Human Resources team under the Services Department at the Superpit operation in Kalgoorlie.

This is a residential role on a 5:2/4:3 roster, working 9.5 hour days.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will lead the HR team to provide an effective and efficient support to site leaders and employees. The Learning & Development (L&D) function sits within the HR team, and involves monitoring and development of site specific HR and L&D procedures and practices as well as guidance and interpretation to management and employees on these HR policies and procedures.

Key accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain systems and processes related to the delivery of HR services, including identification and facilitation of implementing improvements, to ensure accurate and up to date information, regarding people management, to ensure delivery of HR information and services to KCGM.
  • Supervise, coach and mentor HR Team to ensure their ongoing professional and personal development and ensure the alignment to of KCGM’s Values.
  • Lead the attraction, recruitment and selection function to ensure that the support and services provide maximum recruitment to fit and are delivered in a timely manner to maintain budgeted resourcing in all areas of the operation and to assist in the coordination of KCGM’s indigenous employment.
  • Assist and advise Department Supervisors in the management and resolution of employee disciplinary matters, and along with their HR Advisors, ensure that all IR issues are managed in the best interests of the company, and conform to State and Federal legislation.
  • Coordinate the annual HR budgeting process, whilst assisting with the workforce planning process, to ensure effective cost control and the provision of quality, robust and accurate recommendations to the business to assist with an effective organisational design.
  • In conjunction with Occupational Health Nurses, coordinate the HR aspects of the worker’s compensation and salary continuance injury management programs, to conform to corporate and legal compliance requirements.
  • Oversee communications with major site contracting companies to ensure that their employee relations practices and policies are in accordance with KCGM requirements and applicable state and federal legislation.
  • Maintain relationships with applicable third party organizations to ensure that effective working relationships are maintained and concerns raised are addressed in a timely manner in the best interests of the organisation.
  • Coordinate the market and performance based remuneration reviews, job banding and salary grading system, to ensure that a fair, consistent and competitive remuneration system remains in place and that the remuneration practices of KCGM are aligned with median industry.
  • Lead site wide decentralized L&D activities ensuring the selection, and supporting the delivery of high quality, cost effective and mandatory training and programs, including the Graduate Program, that is linked to organisational needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate the annual Performance Management process to ensure consistency across site, ensuring the process is implemented to meet corporate compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate the provision of the Employee Assistance Program to ensure confidential and professional assistance, support and guidance is provided to KCGM employees in a timely, efficient and effective manner to assist in employee wellbeing.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Tertiary qualification in human resources, industrial relations, social sciences and/or a related discipline, or significant practical experience to an equivalent level.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years generalist human resources experience, including exposure to operational recruitment and employee relations management.
  • Supervisory experience including the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others, including third parties and Senior Leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially, approach solutions creatively and consider organisation-wide impacts.
  • High level written communication skills including the ability to prepare clear and concise proposals, policies and guidelines.
  • National Police Clearance within twelve (12) months of age.
  • Must reside in the Goldfields region.
  • Unencumbered West Australian Manual ‘C’ Class licence.

This is a residential role on a 7:7 roster, working 12 hour shifts, both days and nights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking preventative and breakdown maintenance of the underground fixed plant, such as ventilation, pumps, power reticulation systems, winders and comms systems, ensuring maximum availability for production.

Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and repair electrical components associated with underground mobile plant, ventilation, pumps and power reticulation systems to ensure the availability of the above resources, in accordance with the mining schedule.
  • Undertake electrical maintenance and repair of the underground winder to ensure availability of the winder for daily transport and as a secondary egress.
  • Undertake maintenance and repair of underground communication systems, including but not limited to, vehicle and machinery radio units as well as underground telecommunication systems to ensure the continuous availability of the above resources.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Australian Trade Qualification of Electrician
  • Current Western Australian “A” Class Electrical Workers Licence
  • Minimum two (2) years post-trade experience in Underground electrical maintenance field
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
  • Solid computer skills, and regular usage in Microsoft Excel, Oracle highly regarded
  • Must reside in the Goldfields region for this residential position
  • National Police Clearance (valid within the last 12 months)

An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Underground Boilermaker to be part of the Mt Charlotte mobile and fixed plant maintenance team.

Reporting to the Underground Electrical & Fixed Plant Supervisor, this hands-on position will undertake both boilermaking and fitting duties in a safe and effective manner, to ensure the ongoing functionality of Mt Charlotte’s equipment and infrastructure.

Key accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertake welding duties associated with fixed plant and mobile plant as well as the underground shaft and winder to ensure the ongoing reliability of the above infrastructure. Welding techniques will include, but are not limited to, tig, mig, arc, oxy welding and oxy cutting.
  • Assist in the maintenance, repair and replacement of underground pump systems as well as associated pipes and valves, to ensure the ongoing functionality of the underground pumping system.
  • Undertake design fabrication and implementation, including but not limited to miscellaneous components as well as steel and pipe work to ensure the ongoing maintenance of underground infrastructure.
  • Assist Mobile Maintenance Department with condition monitoring of loader bucket and truck tubs to ensure availability of spare components.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Minimum three (3) years post trade boiler making experience
  • Attainment of an Australian Nationally Accredited Boilermaker’s Trade Certificate
  • Nationally Accredited Forklift Licence
  • Elevated Work Platform Certificate
  • Dogging Certificate
  • Basic Rigging Certificate
  • Must reside in the Goldfields region
  • Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence.

Preferred

  • Minimum one (1) years underground post trade boiler making experience

Project Resource Development Geologist

THE ROLE

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Project Res-Dev Geologist to be part of the Technical Services & Projects Department for the Superpit operation.

Reporting to the Senior Res Dev Geologist, this important position will coordinate and assist with the on-site construction of geological models and, in conjunction with our Joint Venture Owners, Saracen and Northern Star (NSR) Principal Resource Geologist, generate JORC compliant Resource and Reserve block models for KCGM’s Fimiston and Mt Charlotte operations.

Key accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide leadership through the coaching and mentoring of Exploration Geologists and Exploration Geotechnicians and promote a positive workplace culture that reflects KCGM’s Values.
  • Personally comply with all site safety, environmental and community relations procedures and ensure compliance from all members of the Mine Geology Team.
  • Generate JORC compliant grade estimation block models in conjunction with KCGM Senior Resource Development Geologist.
  • Update, on a bi-annual frequency, all geological models for the purpose of resource estimation and near-mine exploration targeting.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with KCGM Resource Development procedures and standards.
  • Design and report on drilling programs immediately adjacent to the Fimiston Open Pit.
  • Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures (collars, downhole surveys, assaying and rehabilitation of drill sites).
  • Monitor and report on QA/QC performance of all relevant data sets and take appropriate actions when trends develop outside of desired tolerances.
  • Supervise contractors, demanding adherence to all relevant environmental, safety and security measures.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • A tertiary qualification (minimum degree level) in geology.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a geologist, with at least three (3) years in a mine geology environment.
  • Experience in block modelling.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sampling, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC), resource development and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Contractor Management (analytical assay and drilling).
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Good listening and decision making skills.
  • Experience in Vulcan and / or Datamine.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Well-developed leadership skills.
  • Must reside in the Goldfields region, or be willing to be relocated to Kalgoorlie for this residential position.
  • Current unencumbered Australian Drivers licence (manual).

Preferred

  • Eight (8) years’ experience as a geologist.
  • Open Pit experience in a hard rock environment.

Underground Fixed Plant Fitter

THE ROLE

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking an experienced Underground Fixed Plant Fitter to join the Underground Mining Team at the Mt Charlotte operation in Kalgoorlie.

This residential role is on a 5/2 roster, working 10 hour days.

Key accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertake maintenance, rebuild and repair of underground pumping systems, fixed plant, winder and shaft infrastructure to ensure the availability of the above resources for production, maintenance and emergency purposes.
  • Ensure appropriate safety procedures are adhered to prior to undertaking work orders; to ensure tasks are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Safety procedures include but are not limited to, job hazard awareness assessments.

THE ROLE

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is a Western Australian-owned Joint Venture operation between Northern Star Resources Ltd and Saracen Mineral Holdings Ltd.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the fitter will carry out preventative, planned and breakdown mechanical maintenance for the KCGM Fimiston and Gidji Gold processing circuits, ensuring optimum operating conditions are achieved, with ongoing efficiency and reliability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Australian Nationally Accredited Trades Certificate in Mechanical Fitting and/or Fitter Machining
  • Minimum of two (2) years mechanical maintenance experience – Mine site-based preferred
  • High Risk Work Licences (eg LF, WP, DG, RA)
  • Confined Space and Working at Heights qualifications – valid within the last two (2) years
  • Demonstrated intermediate level of computer literacy, with experience on Maintenance Management Systems
  • High commitment to safety is essential

Underground Plant Mechanic

THE ROLE

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking experienced Underground Mobile Plant Mechanics to join the Mining team at Mt Charlotte.

This residential role will be responsible for undertaking preventative and breakdown maintenance of the underground mobile plant fleet, ensuring maximum availability for production. There will be a 5:2 days/4:3 nights roster, as well as an even time 7 days / 7 off / 7 nights / 7 off roster available.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Complete scheduled maintenance of mobile plant to ensure availability of fleet, as indicated by the mining and maintenance schedules. The mobile plant fleet currently consists of Toyota Light Vehicle’s CAT/Elphinstone 2900 and 1700 Loaders; CAT 12G Grader, CAT Integrated Toolcarriers, Atlas Copco M7C & M2D/352 Twin Boom Jumbos, and Atlas Copco MT5010 & MT6020 Trucks.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults of mobile plant both in the workshop and in the field to ensure availability of mobile plant as defined in the mining schedule.
  • Submit completed daily maintenance reports including, but not limited to, service reports, time sheets and down time sheets to ensure accurate reflection of mobile plant availability and maintenance service utilization.
  • Maintain a hazard free repair bay and workshop by ensuring daily clean ups are conducted, in an attempt to reduce the number of hazards in the workplace.
  • Communicate maintenance requirements to the Supervisor and or Maintenance Planner in a timely manner to ensure sufficient notice is provided for parts ordering.
REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Australian-recognized Trade in Automotive Mechanical, Plant Mechanic or Heavy Duty Diesel Fitting
  • Minimum five (5) years post trade experience in the heavy duty fitting field
  • Minimum two (2) years heavy duty fitting experience in an underground mine
  • Demonstration of Intermediate computer literacy skills, especially in Oracle/SAP and Excel
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
  • National Police Clearance within twelve (12) months of age
  • Must reside within the Goldfields region
  • Current Unencumbered Western Australian Manual “C” Class Drivers Licence.

Geologist

THE ROLE

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking a Geologist to join the Technical & Projects Department at the Superpit operation in Kalgoorlie.

This is a residential role on a 8:6 roster, working 11 hour days.

Geologist positions may include Exploration Open Pit or Underground, Production Geology Open Pit our Underground.

Depending on the area the Geologist will work within, the key accountabilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Participation in KCGM projects
  • Actively mentor and direct the Graduate Geologist(s), Field Technicians and Business Partners to ensure exploration is conducted as safely and effectively as possible.
  • Be accountable for a daily and weekly work plan.
  • Day-to-day follow-up with the contract laboratory, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assay results.
  • Report regularly to the Senior Geologists on any and all geological, project execution, technical, safety and environmental matters pertaining to project development.
  • Generate (wingspan and brownfields) targets which align with KCGM’s strategies and LOM production profile.
  • Undertake safety investigations as directed to ensure that incidents and/or injuries are fully reviewed in a timely manner and corrective actions are identified and allocated appropriately.
  • Under the guidance of the Senior Geologists, actively participate in identification and implementation of projects that demonstrates working in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with statutory acts, regulations and consent conditions.
  • Design, schedule and oversee Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling programs to ensure provision of timely and accurate grade control data for analysis.
  • Undertake analysis, interpretation and modelling of data, including drill samples, resource definition plans and voids in order to accurately locate ore bodies and individual probe locations for the subsequent redevelopment and implementation of dig plans. As part of this process, examine Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) data and follow up on any issues with the laboratory in order to validate results used in estimation.
  • Coordinate and assist in the ore mark-up process to ensure easy identification of ore and waste blocks.
  • Entering data for core logging, providing for quality control, interpretation and providing recommendations for future work programs on the basis of results.
  • Design, implement and mark out access ways for production equipment to access blasted zones. Monitor and adjust, via ore spotting, the ore extraction process to ensure the dig plan is correctly followed and minimise the risk of ore loss and ore dilution.
  • Coordinate the planning, implementation and monitoring of sample schedules to ensure accurate data is available for analysis.
  • Prepare weekly reports by collecting mining data to identify mining physicals and attainment to plan, and prepare weekly grade control drilling and mining schedules with supervision from the Senior Mine Geologist.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Tertiary qualification in Geology.
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience as a Graduate Geologist in a hard rock environment.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Must reside in the Goldfields region.
  • National Police Clearance within twelve (12) months of age.
  • Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence.

Preferred

  • Honours Degree in Geology.
  • Experience in 3D modelling software (Leapfrog or Vulcan), ARC and ioGAS.
  • Experience in Achaean gold systems.
  • Experience in managing RAB/AC, RC and diamond (surface and UG) drilling programs.

THE ROLE

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) would like to open an Expressions of Interest for experienced Process Technicians to join the Processing Department at the Superpit operation in Kalgoorlie.

KCGM’s Process Technicians are on a 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off roster, working 12 hour shifts, and work across both the Gidji and Fimiston sites.

As a Process Technician, you will undertake daily general plant activities in both the Fimiston Mineral Processing Plant and Gidji Operations. This will include monitoring and maintaining assigned operations and equipment within the plants to optimize circuit availability and gold recovery, safely and efficiently.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Maintain constant surveillance of assigned work stations to ensure effective and efficient operations of the plant in a safe manner.
  • Report all mechanical and electrical problems to the Shift Supervisor and Process Controller to ensure safe operation of the plant and to maintain productivity.
  • Conduct clean-up duties where required to ensure plant equipment is functioning properly and safely.
  • Perform basic reactive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure productivity is maintained.
  • Assist in the review of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they are reflective of work performed and required.
  • Collect and record routine readings and analyse samples within the plant for Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) purposes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar Process technician or Utilities technician position
  • Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets within two (2) years of age
  • Solid mechanical aptitude
  • Metalliferous Mining qualifications or study thereto highly regarded, but not essential
  • High Risk Licences (LF, LS, WP) highly regarded, but not essential
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level of computer skills
  • Ability to work in outdoors conditions, completing regular active tasks
  • Must reside locally within the Goldfields region

Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) would like to open an Expressions of Interest for Utilities Technicians to join the Processing Department at the Superpit operation in Kalgoorlie.

This residential position is on a 5 days, 2 off roster, working 10 hour days.

As a Utilities Technician you will undertake daily general plant activities in the Fimiston Mineral Processing Plant and Mt Charlotte and Gidji operations to ensure a high level of housekeeping and shutdown preparation to contribute to meeting shutdown schedules and supporting the optimum recovery of gold, safely and efficiently.

This could include, but is not limited to

  • Undertake replenishment of reagent stocks to ensure continuous supply to the Mineral Processing Plant for optimum gold recovery.
  • Complete the cleaning of the Mount Charlotte, Fimiston and CIL tanks, and Gidji operation in order to prepare the Mineral Processing Plant for planned shut-down tasks to be conducted by Process Technicians and Maintenance personnel.
  • Undertake Shutdown Isolation Preparation cleaning of chutes, hoppers, cells and launders to ensure shutdown Maintenance tasks are ready for inspections.
  • Conduct clean out of CIL Tanks to ensure draining and hosing of the remaining slurry contents is conducted in readiness for Maintenance inspections.
  • Set up mobile compressors for plant air outlets and mobile pumps as required in bunded areas and sumps wells and conduct regular daily operational checks to ensure continual supply.
  • Undertake evacuation of rubbish and hydro-carbon receptacles to ensure cleanliness of plant is maintained.
  • Provide input to regular revisions of Standard Operating Procedures to assist in ensuring they are reflective of required work to be performed.
