Goldfields Amateur Water Polo Association - Flipper Ball (Monday, 8 May 2006)
KCGM has allocated $1,500 towards Flipper Ball which is a modified game of water polo for kids. Flipper Ball helps the development of children greatly promoting team building, communication and leadership skills with these traits being valued in any sector of society.

It's always very busy at the Super Pit Shop on Boulder Market Day as famous Burt St, the heart of Boulder comes alive with a variety of market stalls, food and entertainment. This happens the third Sunday of each month, the Shop is open from 9.30am - 12.30pm.

NARA is an organisation that care, rehabilitate and release wildlife. They work with rare and endangered animals and do Landcare promotion for sustainability and biodiversity. They also have education opportunities and personal development programmes. NARA is committed to the area of indigenous education, training and employment initiatives.

KCGM was proud to sponsor the inaugural Ninga Mia Talent Quest Show over a September weekend. 12 entrants and three bands battled it out for a variety of prizes over the Friday and Saturday night.
Nooda Ngulegoo Aboriginal Corporation Art Exhibition (Monday, 7 Aug 2006)
The exhibition is a celebration of Aboriginal art and culture by artists currently or previously employed by the Community Development Employment Program in the Goldfields. KCGM has committed $5,000 to enable the art exhibition to see fruition.
